  1. Your english muffins look great! Where did you get the rings? My mother-in-law is looking for some, and I haven't seen them anywhere.

  2. I made them out of foil. Sprayed them and they didn't stick. They weren't really necessary as my batter was thick but I think they helped a little.

You can buy the rings online at www.goldaskitchen.com or visit their store. Amazon as well. Golda's is by the 401 and Hurontario or Mavis. Somewhere around there.

I would think that maybe that fun kitchen store in the St Lawrence market would have them as well.

  3. The English Muffins and the Sourdough both get my vote. Where can we find the recipes???!!!! I have a recipe for English Muffins on my blog as well, but I'd love to try your grain combo. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Mine is actually very similar to yours, Ellen but is doubled. I usually use Annalise's Bread Mix A or B but was out of cornstarch so I modified with rice flour. A little bit more of each ingredient plus baking soda. I find I like the skillet cooked ones much better since they seem like a classic muffin. I will be putting up a recipe soon, the way I am eating through this batch!

  5. The sourdough is from Jeanne at www.artofglutenfreebaking.com @fourchickens

I didn't have a Dutch oven to bake mine in and had to make due with a high sided round pan.
